Job Description

We are a recruiting firm searching for a talented Financial Administrator for one of our clients. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a team in managing client administration and communication so the business can focus on growth and sales initiatives. Responsibilities Process and review daily business transactions related to client accounts Pay regular invoices Sort and distribute incoming mail and manage email correspondence Prepare and maintain client files, paperwork, and meeting notes Follow up on action items from completed meetings Collect and prepare loan applications Build strong relationships with clients Complete administrative tasks assigned by advisors Assist advisors and Senior Admin with document collection Maintain workflow database (Hubspot) Respond to various client requests Qualifications Well organized and strong with numbers Diploma or postsecondary degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in financial services or banking Excellent computer skills including Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and Adobe PDF management Customer service orientation and ability to interact professionally with clients both in person and over the phone Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines with discretion Personality and Skills Attention to detail Independent problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commitment to personal growth Strong interpersonal and technical skills with a desire to learn Experience in investments and insurance is a plus, insurance license preferred Ability to handle stressful situations What Our Client Offers Competitive compensation, adjusted for experience Annual performance-based bonus and pay raises Three weeks of vacation to start Health insurance and health spending account Annual education allowance Cell phone allowance Health club allowance Travel expense per diem Some flexibility with work hours based on client needs Experience Required Financial services: 2 years Administrative: 2 years
