We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely processing of orders, and maintaining a safe working environment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Duties: Supervise warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations Coordinate and prioritize daily activities to meet production goals Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction Operate forklifts (Counterbalance, Walkie, Raymond Reach) and other warehouse equipment as needed Assist with picking and packing orders when needed, using RF Scanners Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in computerized inventory management systems Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is preferred Knowledge of Outlook or other email software for communication purposes Forklift license and experience required: Counterbalance, Walkie, Raymond Reach Comfortability working in a freezer and cold environments Location: On- site
