Mail Room / Facilities Coordinator Are you organized, detailoriented, and energized by working in a fastpaced legal environment? Were looking for a fulltime Mail Room / Facilities Coordinator to join our Office Services team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys handson work, takes initiative, and is committed to supporting a professional workplace. About the Role This position involves regular lifting and moving of packages (up to 40 lbs) and completing daily deliveries or pick-ups using city transit. Youll be working both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to various weather conditions. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Key Responsibilities Process and distribute mail, couriers, and cheques in accordance with office protocols Complete rush onfoot deliveries and pick-ups Assist with daily banking tasks and ministry filings Operate fax and electronic communication equipment Communicate with staff and clients to ensure timesensitive tasks are handled accurately Coordinate with postal offices and courier services, including negotiating rates and service options Maintain a tidy, organized mailroom and storage areas Track mailroom inventory and office supplies Transport boxes and files as required Support the setup and rearrangement of meeting rooms, offices, and desks What We Offer A collaborative, respectful workplace Opportunities to grow your skills in a professional environment
