About the Project You will be part of our Mobilinx project, playing a key role in driving its success and contributing to one of Canadas most exciting infrastructure projects. About the Job We are hiring a Time Keeping and Site Coordinator to step into an existing role our Human Resources team on the Mobilinx project. This position reports to the Office and Fleet Manager. What You Will Be Doing? Arrive at the construction site at 7 AM. This is when the shifts of all the labourers begin. Take and maintain time and attendance records of employees. Review and verify time sheets for accuracy and completeness. Monitor and update employee timesheets, including vacation and sick time. Coordinate with crews on-site or other departments to resolve time-related issues. Provide feedback and notes on trends of absentees. Drive from one site location to another and keep monitoring the continued presence of the crews on site. Provide daily and weekly reports from the data collected in the field. Ensure compliance with state and federal labour laws and regulations. Maintain high standards of safety in the field. What We Are Looking For? Bachelor''s Degree in Accounting or Business related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing and timekeeping. Proficient in using payroll software. Strong use of Microsoft suite, in particular, Excel and Word. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Valid G Drivers license. Experience In construction projects and site experience is preferred. Knowledge of state and federal labour laws and regulations is a plus. Expected Compensation Successful candidates chosen for this position can expect to earn between $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 The exact salary you will earn within this range is dependant on the specific project to which you are assigned.
