Votre Nouveau Rle Vous serez responsable de la supervision oprationnelle et financire complte dun portefeuille rsidentiel denviron 1 000 logements, tout en dirigeant une quipe de 10 employs sur place. Votre rle consistera assurer une grande satisfaction des rsidents, grer les oprations quotidiennes des immeubles, soutenir la performance locative, assurer la conformit aux politiques et rglementations, et optimiser la performance globale des actifs. Vous surveillerez ltat des btiments, superviserez la prparation des budgets et des rapports, collaborerez avec les quipes de soutien corporatif, entretiendrez de solides relations avec les fournisseurs et instances rglementaires, et veillerez ce que le portefeuille fonctionne de manire scuritaire, efficace et professionnelle. Your New Role You will be responsible for the full operational and financial oversight of a residential portfolio of approximately 1,000 units, while leading a team of 10 onsite employees. Your role includes ensuring high resident satisfaction, managing the daily building operations, supporting leasing performance, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and optimizing overall asset performance. You will monitor building conditions, oversee budget preparation and reporting, collaborate with corporate support teams, maintain strong relationships with vendors and regulatory bodies, and ensure the portfolio operates safely, efficiently, and professionally. What You Will Bring You bring 3 to 5+ years of experience in property management, along with strong operational and financial management skills and an excellent understanding of Qubec rental regulations and building operations. You possess strong communication, leadership, and conflictresolution abilities, as well as proven experience managing onsite teams and vendors. You are capable of effectively managing priorities in a fastpaced environment, and bilingualism in English and French.
