In connected environments powered by IoT and intelligent systems, product experiences must go beyond functionality. They must feel intuitive, trustworthy, and emotionally meaningful. Our team is building AI-powered experiences that help pet parents better understand, communicate with, and care for their pets. We translate complex behavioral and emotional data into clear, empathetic interactions that feel natural in everyday life. We are looking for a Product Designer who is excited about shaping this future. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys turning emerging technologies into human-centered experiences and who can transform intelligent systems into products that feel simple, warm, and useful. You will design across our mobile and web products, owning the end-to-end experience from early discovery to polished UI and developer handoff. You will help define how AI becomes a trusted everyday companion for pet families. Responsibilities Own product design end to end across key features, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and QA Design intuitive experiences for AI-powered features such as emotional insights, behavioral analysis, and conversational interactions Translate complex data into clear, useful, and emotionally resonant product experiences Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define problems, shape solutions, and ship iteratively Support lightweight research activities such as usability testing, surveys, and insight synthesis Use AI tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, design exploration, and prototyping Present design rationale clearly and maintain a high bar for visual and interaction quality Qualifications 3 to 5+ years of product design experience at a startup or technology company Shipped mobile or web products with end to end ownership shown in your portfolio Strong visual and interaction design skills, including typography, color, layout, and motion Comfort working on complex product areas involving AI, data, or connected devices Active use of AI tools in your design workflow, with the ability to explain how they improve speed and quality Clear communication skills and confidence working across cross-functional teams Self-directed and comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment Nice to Have Experience designing for IoT, wearable, smart device, health tech, or pet tech products Experience with AI-native or conversational interfaces Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments Interest in humanAI interaction and emotionally intelligent product experiences
