With a rapidly growing portfolio of in-licensed new drug products, Kye has an immediate opening for a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager. The successful candidate will join a team of highly motivated professionals committed to building a growth-stage organization with startup agility based on scientific and medical integrity. Working closely with Finance, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and external manufacturing partners, this role supports supply continuity, product launches, and ongoing improvements to supply chain processes and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Director, Finance & Logistics, the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager will join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team and play a key role in supporting Kyes growing product portfolio by ensuring reliable supply, efficient logistics operations, and strong coordination across manufacturing and distribution partners. Compensation will be based on the candidates experience, background, and qualifications. The expected salary range for this role is $90,000 $120,000. The role is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as participation in the Kye Bonus Program. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound product shipments with manufacturers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and thirdparty logistics (3PL) providers. Maintain and update demand forecasts and supply plans, ensuring appropriate inventory levels to support commercial demand while minimizing stockout risk. Monitor inventory across warehouses, 3PL partners, and wholesale channels, identifying and proactively addressing supply risks or shortages. Coordinate international shipments into Canada, ensuring accurate documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and import documentation. Support logistics and documentation requirements related to controlled substance products, ensuring compliance with regulatory and distribution requirements. Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Quality teams to support import permits, product releases, and compliance with Health Canada requirements. Manage relationships with external logistics providers, warehouses, and distribution partners, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Develop and maintain supply chain reporting and dashboards, including inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and shipment tracking. Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes, systems, and operational efficiency. Support new product launches by coordinating supply planning, inventory availability, and distribution readiness. Provide adhoc operational analysis to support supply chain planning, inventory management, and logistics optimization. Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant professional certification such as APICS/CSCP considered an asset) Experience managing international shipments and logistics coordination Experience working with thirdparty logistics providers (3PLs) and distribution partners Strong organizational and problemsolving skills with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement Ability to communicate operational issues and supply risks clearly to internal stakeholders Pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience is considered an asset. Location Toronto / GTA Hybrid office/home based. Office is located at 5200 Yonge Street.
