The role involves performing mechanical design for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. Responsibilities Produce mechanical and plumbing drawings, specifications, equipment selections, and tender packages using CAD. Conduct site visits to review scope, develop proposals, and review installations. Work with a draftsperson or operate a CAD station to prepare drawings. Interpret and apply OBC, Fire, ASHRAE, NFPA codes, Fuel, and SMACNA. Assist with facility mechanical and plumbing design, including fire protection and electrical systems. Qualifications Bachelor''s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required). PEO License (required). Minimum 2 years of facility design experience (required). Proficiency in English (required).
