Scope The National Account Manager is responsible for driving growth across the mobile phone and accessories business by leading strategic relationships with key national retail partners. This role is accountable for delivering revenue and profitability targets while ensuring bestinclass execution across all aspects of the retail channel. This role manages and develops key account partnerships, identifies growth opportunities, and executes joint business plans that expand market presence and improve sellthrough performance. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, effective crossfunctional collaboration, and the ability to influence outcomes across sales, marketing, operations and supply chain teams. Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage strategic relationships with key national retail accounts to drive revenue growth, profitability and longterm partnership value Identify, develop and execute growth opportunities within assigned accounts through joint business planning, promotions and expanded product distribution Own commercial negotiations including pricing, terms, programs and agreements in alignment with company objectives and margin targets Partner crossfunctionally with marketing, product, supplychain, finance, and customer service teams to deliver bestinclass execution and customer experience Drive inmarket excellence through product launches, merchandising strategies and sales enablement initiatives, including training as required Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer insights and competitive activity to inform account strategy and recommendations to leadership Deliver and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs and account performance objectives Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, account reviews and growth plans to internal stakeholders and senior leadership Act as the primary escalation point for accountrelated issues, ensuring timely resolution and strong customer satisfaction Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and formal business reviews as required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in sales, account management or business development within the mobile phone and accessories industry Deep understanding of the mobile phone and accessories market, including product lifecycles, pricing dynamics and competitive landscape Proven experience managing national retail accounts, with demonstrated success driving revenue, margin and execution at scale Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, with the ability to leverage data for forecasting and account planning Advanced communication, presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels Highly effective both independently and within crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities with sound judgment and decisionmaking skills Handson experience using Walmart Retail Link for analytics, replenishment, reporting and joint business planning The successful candidate will receive a conditional offer, contingent upon the successful completion of a background check conducted by our contracted thirdparty vendor.
