In this role, you''ll work closely with the project lead to develop strategic ideas that resonate across various brands and marketing channels, from social and digital to print. Craft compelling and effective copy for integrated campaigns across various media channels. Lead the creation and development of concepts, ideas, and scripts for integrated campaigns. Research for user journeys, technical SEO, competitive audits. Research and write SEO-focused content that drives reader engagement Collaborate with project managers, account managers, and other departments (production, studio) to ensure seamless project execution. Write clear, compelling, and unique copy for various media channels, including print, digital, email, social media, and video. Present concepts to clients, articulating the creative tone of voice and rationale. Incorporate client feedback and make necessary adjustments while maintaining the integrity of the original concept. Review and edit copy to ensure it is free of errors and meets brand standards. Oversee the EN > FR, or EN > ES translation process and provide guidance to external translators Qualifications: 4+ years of relevant agency experience with a focus on integrated campaigns You must possess verbal and written Canadian English language skills at the superior level. Your proficiency level will be confirmed before hire. Strong work samples that show experience in multiple mediums (social, digital, video, etc). An education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset. Experience with mentorship and building up of Junior Creatives, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth Availability to contribute on a regular basis and deliver to tight deadlines. Knowledge of SEO best practices & experience optimizing content for search. Demonstrates resiliency in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment where ideas and opportunities happen fast and require flexibility. Ability to come up with cutting-edge concepts and executions. Experimentation mindset, embracing new creative technologies, media platforms, and trends.
