About the Opportunity Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across Prepare financial statements Prepare management reporting packages including EBITDA bridge, cash flow statements, and working capital analysis. Oversee AR, AP, payroll, inventory, and project accounting functions. Coordinate year-end audit processes and manage external auditor relationships. Support ERP migrations and system integrations across subsidiaries. Standardize chart of accounts and reporting structures. Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Mentor and develop accounting staff while fostering a performance-driven culture. About You 4+ years of progressive accounting experience. Advanced Excel Experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or infrastructure environments preferred.
