Job Description

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. As a key leader, the Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive project success, proactively manage risks, and maintain high standards of quality and performance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. Tasks: Plan and optimize the realization of projects Maintain and ensure compliance with schedules and budgets Manage project risks and quality Effectively use the tools and technologies at your disposal Ensure customer and collaborator satisfaction during and at the end of projects Work with your team to achieve your objectives Negotiate and review contracts with collaborators Rigorously follow up on the various deliverables during the project Actively prevent problems that could affect the project Ensure the maintenance of a healthy work climate in his teams Ensure compliance with contracts with clients and collaborators Requirements: -Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry -Proven experience working for a general contractor -Strong experience in industrial projects, including water treatment facilities and/or waste water treatment facilities
