ICON is looking for someone to join our team in a Design & Project Solutions role. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of design and execution. Youll play a key part in bringing spaces to life through detailed technical drawings, furniture layouts, and organized project coordination, helping ensure every project moves seamlessly from concept to completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision, organization, and problem-solving, and takes pride in turning details into well-executed results. Position Details Full-time Starting at $23/hour Location: Brantford, Ontario What Youll Be Doing Design & Technical Execution Create detailed furniture layouts and technical drawings Work in CET Designer and AutoCAD Develop plans, layouts, and supporting documentation Support renderings, presentations, and product selections Project Coordination Support projects from design through ordering Prepare quotes, specifications, and order documentation Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accuracy Assist in delivering polished client presentations and packages Organization & Workflow Track tasks and timelines using Asana Maintain clean, organized project files Ensure details are executed accurately and efficiently What Were Looking For Highly organized with strong attention to detail Confident working with technical drawings Able to manage multiple projects and priorities A clear communicator and collaborative team member Interest in workplace design and furniture solutions Assets Experience with CET Designer and/or AutoCAD Background in interior design or architectural technology Experience with commercial furniture or technical drawings Training will be provided for the right candidate.
