We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Inventory Manager to oversee retail operations and inventory management within a luxury retail environment. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless operational processes, maintaining accurate inventory control. This role will support the VIP client operations delivering an exceptional luxury client experience, and coordinates product flow for content creation, photography, and online listings. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Develop and maintain operational procedures that support a seamless luxury retail environment. Coordinate with store leadership to ensure operational needs align with sales objectives and client service standards. Manage store logistics including product flow, receiving, transfers, and returns. Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation. Oversee stock movement including receiving shipments, product transfers, and returns. Ensure proper product handling, storage, and organization in accordance with brand standards. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. Collaborate with merchandising and buying teams to support inventory planning and replenishment. Systems & Reporting Manage inventory systems and ensure data accuracy across POS and inventory platforms. Generate inventory and operational reports to support business decisions. Analyze stock performance and identify risks such as overstock, shrinkage, or slow-moving products. Team Leadership Train and guide junior team on inventory procedures and operational best practices. Support a culture of accountability, accuracy, and operational excellence. Partner with leadership to ensure operational support for store initiatives and events. Photography & Production Responsibilities Coordinate the logistics and flow of products for photography and studio production , ensuring timely availability of merchandise for e-commerce shoots, marketing campaigns, and seasonal lookbooks. Manage inventory allocation for photo shoots , including product selection, tracking samples, and ensuring accurate return of items to inventory after production. Maintain detailed tracking of all products used in photography , ensuring items are properly logged, handled, and returned in sellable condition. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams to schedule product availability for shoots and ensure production timelines are met. Support studio operations and production workflow , ensuring efficient coordination between inventory, stylists, photographers, and production teams. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in retail operations or inventory management, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, or high-value goods. Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and POS platforms. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into operational improvements. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience with stock audits, shrinkage control, and operational compliance.
