Job Description Cash Management Operations Analyst Insight Global is seeking a Cash Management Operations Analyst to support a leading financial institution within its Global Markets organization. This role plays a critical part in overseeing daily cash flow and liquidity operations across multiple legal entities and currencies. The analyst will partner closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Corporate Treasury, and Operations teams to ensure regulatory compliance, effective risk management, and optimal liquidity positioning. This position operates in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment and requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Required Skills & Experience Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience 2+ years of experience in: Cash management Liquidity operations Capital markets operations Strong understanding of cash management processes within a financial institution Solid knowledge of liquidity risk and regulatory requirements Payments industry experience (e.g., SWIFT network, MX messaging ) Experience supporting capital markets products and services Banking experience ( Capital Markets preferred ) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools Experience with cash and trading systems such as: GCTS Calypso Wall Street WRAP Intellimatch (Strong asset) Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience Experience with Power BI Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, time-sensitive environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities Proven ability to work independently and make sound judgments within established authority levels Please Note: We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position
