What Youll Do Provide technical expertise and oversight on hydrogeology and groundwater projects across multiple sectors. Represent the company as a subject-matter expert at client meetings, conferences, and industry events. Support project planning, proposal development, budgeting, and quality assurance. Manage and develop strong client relationships through business development and thought leadership. Review and sign off on reports, proposals, and technical deliverables. Supervise and support field programs and interpret complex hydrogeological data. Ensure compliance with provincial and municipal environmental legislation. Contribute to the firms growth strategy through technical innovation and client engagement. What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Geoscience, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline. Professional designation (P.Geo., P.Eng., or equivalent). 15+ years of progressive experience in hydrogeology or related environmental consulting. Strong business development mindset and ability to represent the firm publicly. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Familiarity with Ontarios regulatory frameworks and environmental approvals.
