Project Manager Reactor Programs (Nuclear)Location: Ontario (Hybrid / Site Travel Required) Job Type: Contract Rate: $90$100/hr INC Clearance: Eligible for Nuclear Site Access Security Clearance (SASC) Overview We are seeking a Project Manager to support Reactor Programs within a nuclear environment. This role will focus on the execution of studies and capital projects , ensuring delivery across cost, schedule, safety, and quality requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level Project Manager with experience in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects, ideally within the nuclear or regulated energy sector. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, technical, safety, and quality requirements Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables , and develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets Manage project execution across all phases, including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams , providing regular updates and reporting Identify and manage scope changes , ensuring proper change control processes are followed Proactively identify project risks , develop mitigation strategies, and maintain a risk register Monitor project financials , resource allocation, and vendor performance Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (CSA, ISO, ASME, etc.) Support team leadership and development , including mentoring junior team members Contribute to proposal development , including budgeting, scheduling, and execution planning Qualifications & Experience 58+ years of Project Management experience Proven experience delivering engineering and/or capital projects (EPC) Strong understanding of: Project planning & execution | Cost control & scheduling | Risk management Experience in nuclear is an asset (Bruce Power, OPG, or similar highly regulated environments) Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders Education & Certifications Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience) P.Eng. (PEO) or eligible for registration PMP certification (or equivalent) required Technical Skills Proficiency in: MS Project / Primavera | MS Office Suite Strong knowledge of project controls, estimating, and scheduling tools Additional Requirements Ability to obtain Nuclear Site Access Security Clearance (SASC) Willingness to travel to site as required Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
