For more information about our company, visit We are seeking an experienced Recruiter Manufacturing to support the companys continued growth by attracting skilled talent to our teams. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of experience recruiting within manufacturing or industrial environments, with a strong track record of sourcing and hiring leaders, office roles, production employees, technical specialists, and skilled trades. This individual will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with production leaders and hiring managers, and help ensure a positive and efficient hiring experience for candidates. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for leadership, office, manufacturing, production, and technical roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, job specifications, and hiring timelines. Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, community partnerships, and direct outreach. Candidate Screening & Selection Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and assess qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers. Assist with evaluating candidate competencies and recommending top candidates for hire. Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment processes. Recruitment Operations Manage job postings across multiple platforms. Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate pipelines. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Workforce Planning Collaborate with leadership to anticipate future hiring needs and build talent pipelines for key roles. Support high-volume hiring initiatives for production and manufacturing teams when required. Track recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency. Skills & Qualifications Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Approximately 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment. Experience recruiting for roles such as production assemblers, technicians, skilled trades, and warehouse personnel. Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Strong sourcing and talent attraction capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and operational leaders. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience using major job boards. Knowledge of Ontario employment standards and hiring practices is an asset.
