Support a Growing Construction Company! Industra Construction Corp. is seeking a highly organized Office & Accounting Coordinator to support our office operations and Accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the centre of a busy organization, coordinating administrative, operational, and financial processes that keep the business running efficiently. Reporting to the CFO, you will provide hands-on support to the Accounting team while also helping maintain professional office standards, coordinating travel and vendor relationships, and supporting internal teams across the company. Industra is a growing, multi-disciplined, self-perform General Contractor delivering heavy civil, structural, and municipal infrastructure projects across Canada. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and operations while building valuable experience in accounting support, office operations, and business coordination. You will be joining a growing organization where strong administrative professionals play an important role in keeping the business organized, efficient, and well supported. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, accounting, and operations teams while developing a broad understanding of how a construction company operates. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Support Provide administrative support to the Accounting team to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial documentation. Assist with invoice coordination, coding support, vendor file maintenance, and expense documentation. Support tracking of purchase orders, vendor contracts, and service agreements. Maintain organized financial records to support audit readiness and compliance. Assist with credit card reconciliations, travel expenses, and month-end administrative requirements. Office Operations & Facilities Coordination Oversee day-to-day office standards to maintain a clean, organized, and professional workplace environment. Coordinate office equipment, supplies, furniture, and vendor services in partnership with the Purchasing Manager. Track service agreements, business licenses, and operational compliance documentation. Conduct periodic reviews of office resources to ensure operational readiness. Reception & Guest Experience Serve as a professional first point of contact for calls and visitors. Support meetings, leadership visits, and client interactions to ensure a positive experience. Maintain consistent front-of-house standards across the office. Travel & Vendor Coordination Act as the primary liaison with the corporate travel provider. Monitor travel usage and costs to support policy compliance and cost efficiency. Coordinate travel, accommodations, and logistics for employees working on out-of-town projects. Escalate service issues and support improvements to travel processes. Administrative & Cross-Functional Support Provide coordination support to the CFO, Accounting, and Operations teams. Assist with scheduling, internal meetings, team events, and company initiatives. Support cross-functional projects and operational improvements as required. Maintain accurate documentation across departments. Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Previous experience supporting Accounting (AP or basic accounting duties preferred). Experience coordinating office operations, vendors, or travel services. Strong communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach. Commercial awareness with the ability to identify efficiencies and cost improvements. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong follow-through. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems. Experience supporting operations or leadership teams is an asset.
