Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $81,000 to $112,000 . The final offer will be determined based on the successful candidates skills, experience, and internal equity considerations. Overview: The position oversees the implementation and delivery of project controls on the TI Corps Assigned Major Projects. The position reports into Project Controls and, on a day-to-day basis, works directly with Project Executive and Project Team members. The position will execute TI Corps project controls strategy and procedures on projects in Planning / Business Case and Implementation stages. Key Accountabilities: Working with a fully integrated project controls team, including estimating, cost control, scheduling, risk management and records management to provide subject matter expertise in project controls. Executing project controls processes which requires cross-functional collaboration with project managers, finance, risk, commercial and Project Executive. Assembling, measuring, and communicating reliable and timely project cost and schedule performance information to Project and TI Corp Executive. Supporting the Project Team to deliver the Project within budget with cost management and forecasting activities. Managing the change management process, identifying potential changes and documenting requests. Preparing and maintaining a project controls management plan, project controls procedures and systems and contributing to the development of best practices including tools, processes and policies. Reporting of project status and performance (written analysis, data visualizations and presenting) for internal and external distribution. Building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with the Project Team, across TI Corp, and with external parties. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or Project Management and a minimum of five years of experience monitoring and controlling the scope of large projects, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with project controls or project management is preferred. Experience in engineering, construction, or accounting preferred. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proven ability to gather, convey and present pertinent information to relevant stakeholders. Excellent time management and organization skills, with the proven ability to manage and reprioritize based on demands and priorities. Comfort with and ability to hold others accountable, even those not in a formal reporting relationship. Collaborative and team oriented, willingness to actively share experiences and ideas. Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, MS Teams) and SharePoint. Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Bluebeam Revu.
