Youll work on roles across civil, mechanical, electrical, process, instrumentation, HSE, procurement, contracts, estimating, project controls, construction, project management, and executive search. Source and attract top talent through ATS, social media, job boards, and creative outreach. Develop talent pipelines across multiple engineering and technical disciplines. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for a variety of roles. Partner closely with hiring managers to recommend qualified applicants. Support the full recruitment lifecycle including posting, screening, interviewing, and reference checks. Organize and prioritize multiple highvolume requisitions effectively. Contribute to market research and business development activities. Handle additional recruiting duties as required.
