Leading General Contractor is looking for a senior construction executive to join the group in a role thats very much client facing with a focus on strengthening how the business operates and grows. The role requires significant experience across large scale construction projects, with strong commercial and financial acumen, and an ability to connect operational realities to ongoing business performance. The role will internally act as the connective tissue within the group, managing multiple disciplines and working closely with internal department teams such as Finance and Human Resources. The position will drive mapping where the business needs are; working with senior business leaders in helping the organisation move forward. The role will require deep knowledge of the local construction environment - with existing relationships and credibility with trade partners being critical, along with a clear understanding of what ultimately makes a General Contractor business successful.
