KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with a variety of tasks in HIROCs database and CRM systems Validate/compare data in variousexcel spreadsheet File electronic and physical documentation in appropriate files for department Scan, verify and upload of documents into databases Review documents for scanning errors Maintaining security of confidential information by following data securityprocesses Under the direction of the team, shred confidential materials after they have been scanned Support other department members as required Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Computer literacy of Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook) EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: High school diploma Previous experience working in an office environment is ideal HOURS OF WORK: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm WORKING CONDITIONS: Working at a computer for most of the day HIROC is committed to a hybrid work environment, which includes 2 days per week in office, with departments meeting in person at least two times per month, as per HIROCs Hybrid Work Policy.
