Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and site teams in delivering heavy civil and infrastructure projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role is operational and execution-focused , involving cost tracking, scheduling, procurement, and client reporting in highly structured environments. Responsibilities: Track budgets, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs Support monthly forecasts and estimates-to-complete Assist with change order pricing and documentation. Maintain project schedules (P6 / MS Project preferred) Support look-ahead planning and coordination meetings Manage submittals, RFIs, drawings, and revisions Ensure quality documentation and turnover packages Assist with purchase orders and subcontract administration Track material deliveries and vendor performance. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports Support progress billing documentation Maintain project files per company IMS Key Success Metrics: Accurate and current project data Realistic forecasts aligned with project progress Complete and audit-ready documentation Trusted by PMs for reliable reporting Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to work in nuclear generating facilities and other regulated environments. Requirements Requirements: 25 years experience in construction project support Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Experience in heavy civil, infrastructure, or industrial projects preferred Strong Excel skills Experience in nuclear or regulated environments is a plus. Must be eligible for security clearance
