Position: Personal Injury Legal Assistant Type: Permanent Work Model: Hybrid (4 Days In Office, 1 Day Work From Home) Location: Burlington Salary: $50K$60K depending on experience Plus Benefits Industry: Legal Services / Personal Injury Law The Company and the Role Our client, a friendly personal injury boutique law firm, is seeking a Legal Assistant to support a busy Litigation Partner and help manage a high-volume caseload. This role is integral to ensuring files move efficiently through the litigation and settlement process. In this position, you will play a key role in managing case files, coordinating documentation, and communicating with clients throughout the life cycle of personal injury claims. You will assist with drafting legal documents, organizing evidence, maintaining litigation calendars, and preparing materials for mediations, discoveries, and trial preparation. You will also act as an important point of contact for clients, helping guide them through forms, collecting relevant information, and providing updates on case progress while maintaining a compassionate and professional approach. What Makes You a Great Fit Minimum 5 years of personal injury ,ideally with plaintiff experience.
