Our client, a global professional services organization is searching for a Pharma ACD - Art to support a highperforming agency team. These roles will begin as longterm contract engagements (3540 hrs/week) with strong potential for extension and eventual fulltime conversion. Permalancers are welcome, provided they are committed to staying with the team long term. Youll help solve complex Life Sciences business challenges through smart, integrated creative, developing work for both HCP and patient audiences, across channels, from bigidea concepts to detailed scientific storytelling. This team partners closely with strategy, medical, and client leadership and is actively involved in new business. Associate Creative Director Art What Youll Do: Turn business problems into strong, integrated creative solutions Lead visual concepting and campaign storytelling across touchpoints Partner with copy, strategy, and medical teams Present work confidently to clients and in pitches What You Bring: Seniorlevel Life Sciences creative experience Strong conceptual thinking and design craft Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite (including Firefly) Working knowledge of Figma, including Figma Make Experience across channels and with new business pitches
