Following a successful year of high-profile acquisitions, the company has aggressive growth plans for the coming 1218 months. We are seeking a Payroll professional who will be pivotal in integrating these new business units and supporting our long-term scaling strategy. The Role In this key leadership position, you will hold full accountability for the payroll, benefits, and compensation functions for a diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Management: Audit, manage, and optimize relationships with current payroll and benefits providers; lead the implementation of new vendors where necessary. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a subject matter expert for key internal stakeholders and executive leadership. Process Integration: Oversee the transition and harmonization of payroll functions following recent and future corporate acquisitions. Total Rewards: Manage the end-to-end administration of employee compensation and benefit programs.
