Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and site teams in delivering heavy civil and infrastructure projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role is operational and execution-focused, involving cost tracking, scheduling, procurement, and client reporting in highly structured environments.Responsibilities:Track budgets, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costsSupport monthly forecasts and estimates-to-completeAssist with change order pricing and documentation.Maintain project schedules (P6 / MS Project preferred)Support look-ahead planning and coordination meetingsManage submittals, RFIs, drawings, and revisionsEnsure quality documentation and turnover packagesAssist with purchase orders and subcontract administrationTrack material deliveries and vendor performance.Prepare weekly and monthly progress reportsSupport progress billing documentationMaintain project files per company IMSKey Success Metrics:Accurate and current project dataRealistic forecasts aligned with project progressComplete and audit-ready documentationTrusted by PMs for reliable reportingAdditional Information:Candidates must be willing to work in nuclear generating facilities and other regulated environments.RequirementsRequirements:25 years experience in construction project supportDiploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldExperience in heavy civil, infrastructure, or industrial projects preferredStrong Excel skillsExperience in nuclear or regulated environments is a plus.Must be eligible for security clearance
