The project is entering a new growth phase: expansion beyond the founder, onboarding additional practitioners, launching new directions, and, at a later stage, developing a subscription-based digital product (app with courses and gamification). Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a strong operational leader with a financial mindset who will act as the bridge between strategy and execution and take full responsibility for results. Operational Management Lead and manage the team (SMM, paid traffic, community, administrator, contractors) Translate strategic vision into structured execution plans Set priorities and monitor performance Build and improve operational processes Reduce the founders involvement in daily operations Ensure successful execution of launches and programs 2.
