Role Description This is a fulltime, onsite role for a Site Manager based in Winnipeg, MB. The Site Manager will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and suppliers, managing project schedules, supervising teams, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and resolving onsite challenges. Site Managers Tasks Over seeing all daily site operations Project detailing and site questions Ownership over each job site''''s security, cleanliness organization etc. Weekly trade updates Onsite trade communication Daily logs Creating and managing Todos Schedule follow ups. Report back to Project Manager on daily conversations, site instructions, unforeseen etc. 0812 carpentry scope planning Material take-offs Coordination with Project Assistant Quality Control Salary is between $60,000 - $70,000 depending on qualifications and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
