About the Role UAPT is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Finance to lead the organizations financial and asset management functions while ensuring longterm fiscal integrity. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee finance and investment management, guiding the performance of UAPTs portfolio and supporting sustainable organizational growth. As a key advisor to the CEO and Board, the Director will provide accurate financial reporting, drive continuous process and system improvements, and implement advanced financial technologies including ERP platforms. This role plays a critical part in shaping investment decisions, optimizing asset value, and strengthening UAPTs operational and financial excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Financial Leadership Lead annual operating and capital budgeting processes and present financial insights to the CEO, Board, and Committees. Develop and execute financial, asset management, and partnership strategies aligned with organizational goals. Evaluate longterm financial impacts of partnership structures, investment decisions, and agreements. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance activities. Manage treasury functions including cash flow, debt, and investment activities. Conduct portfoliolevel income statement and balance sheet forecasting to guide longterm planning. Ensure rigorous internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Lead financial analysis of partnership structures, including profitsharing models, capital contribution schedules, distribution waterfalls, and performance obligations. Stakeholder & External Relations Liaise with UA, external accountants/auditors, lenders, regulatory bodies, and other external partners. Represent UAPTs mission, values, and strategic priorities to external stakeholders. Act as UAPTs primary financial liaison to partners, ensuring strong collaboration, transparency, and aligned decisionmaking. Organizational Contribution Lead assetlevel due diligence for acquisitions, collaborating with investments, financing, joint ventures, and capital project teams to support seamless transactions and value creation. Lead finance, investment, and asset management operations, ensuring effective processes, governance, and crossdepartmental alignment. Support negotiation, structuring, and review of partnership agreements to optimize financial outcomes and manage organizational risk. Implement and optimize ERP and financial systems to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and workflow efficiency. Support broader organizational priorities and embrace additional responsibilities as part of an agile, growthoriented culture. What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, commerce or related field preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive, fullcycle accounting experience in investment bank, private equity firm, brokerage, lender or real estate development. Comprehensive understanding of real estate cycle is required. Expert understanding of financial markets, financial concepts, investment strategies, investment products and their underlying risk drivers. Demonstrated experience in joint venture governance, partnership reporting, and financial evaluation of complex ownership structures. Proven leadership and people management skills. Strong technical expertise in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel functions. Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
