Lead and develop a highperforming team of program managers to drive endtoend store solutions and programming (discovery, concepting, design, pilot, delivery, sustainment), ensuring every initiative strengthens signature and differentiated service offerings. Serve as the trusted guest and educator experience strategist, consultant, and subject matter expert to retail leaders and enterprise partnersshaping crossfunctional roadmaps and operating models so initiatives are practical, adoptable, and consistently executed in stores. qualifications Open to Vancouver (preferred location), Toronto, Seattle, LA, Chicago, NYC. 7+ years of experience in multiunit retail leadership, retail strategy, and/or experience design. 5+ years leading dynamic, highperforming teams. Proven success leading complex, crossfunctional initiatives at scale. Strong experience translating strategy into operating models and behavior change and delivering collaborative business case for strategic investments. Exceptional ability to influence without authority and partner across functions. Excellent written and verbal communicator; confident executive level storyteller and engaging presenter. Advanced business degree, MBA, or equivalent experience. The typical hiring range for this position is from $134,100 - $176,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
