Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Mechanical Engineer - Building, based in Markham, ON. The engineer will oversee the design and implementation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and sprinkler systems for projects across diverse sectors. Responsibilities include preparing design documents, conducting system analysis, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and standards. Additionally, the Senior Mechanical Engineer will provide technical leadership and support project management efforts. Qualifications Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario (P.Eng.) Minimum 7 years of mechanical design experience (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) Proficiency in MEP CAD is required; MEP Revit is an asset Proficiency with Carrier HAP, and Microsoft Office LEED accreditation and sustainable design experience are highly desirable Proven ability to handle 23 projects simultaneously Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Valid Ontario drivers license and access to a personal vehicle for site visits and project meetings. #J-18808-Ljbffr
