Reporting to the Director, Investments, the Analyst is responsible for the output and analysis of investment reporting, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, appraisals and strategic management decisions. Responsibilities Review third-party offering memorandums to prepare acquisition underwriting including the creation and analysis of financial models Prepare and analyze investment data for strategic review Review and summarize due diligence materials for acquisitions and dispositions Prepare disposition proposals and sale packages Prepare Investment Committee Memorandums for live transactions Prepare financing packages for lenders and assist with the ongoing management of the financing database Prepare and assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual internal valuations and returns analyses as required for disposition and refinancing activities Coordinate and prepare internal valuation and due diligence for appraisal & valuation cycles Prepare and assist in the preparation of quarterly presentations for institutional partnerships Experience This is an excellent opportunity for a recent university graduate with a bachelors degree in commerce, Business Administration or a similar education and/or up to two years of experience in the real estate industry. The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, tight deadlines.
