Please log in to verify your internal candidate status. This position has a term length of 2 years. Location - This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person work at North Campus Edmonton. Reporting to the Director, Community & International Education, the Program Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Facultys operations related to the Alberta International School (AIS) of Recreation, Sport, and Tourism at Beijing Sport University, as well as the Community and International Education Office. This role supports a wide range of administrative processes, including HR, IT, finance, facilities, and other operational functions connected to AIS. The administrator assists faculty and staff in navigating Central Service Hubs and liaising with the AIS Campus Bureau, providing guidance on accessing institutional services and ensuring processes move forward efficiently. The Program Administrator coordinates and supports all AIS meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, tracking action items, monitoring task accountability, and ensuring deadlines and timelines are met. This includes organizing and documenting regular AIS Zoom meetings with instructors and staff located in Hainan. In addition, the position provides administrative support to the Community and International Education Office, including coordination of the International Summer School Program, support for international partnership initiatives, and support for Graduate Certificate programs. The role also includes maintaining and updating website content, reviewing project progress and supporting micro-credential initiatives, and performing other related duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
