Job Description

Were currently hiring an Administrative Support / Document Processing Clerk to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organized, detail-focused work and wants to be part of a team that genuinely helps people move forward financially. What Youll Be Doing This role focuses primarily on data entry, electronic file management, and document organization to support several teams within the firm. Responsibilities may include: Entering client and case information into internal systems Uploading, naming, and organizing electronic documents Reviewing files to ensure required documentation is complete Sorting, categorizing, and maintaining digital records Supporting administrative workflows for insolvency and client service teams Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed What Were Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable with high-volume data entry and document handling Organized and able to manage multiple files simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital file systems Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team Previous administrative, data entry, or office support experience is an asset
