Salary: CA$75,000.00 - CA$100,000.00 per year This is a fully remote position. We are a boutique Canadian Immigration Law Firm located in downtown Toronto looking for anexperienced Immigration Lawyerwithat least 3 years experience. Most of our clients have a history of refusals. You must have a deep & well-rounded knowledge of immigration law and be able to advise clients & build applications from start to finish. You will be responsible for handing temporary and permanent resident applications, including, but not limited to: Visitor Visas Study Permit Work Permits Sponsorships Express Entry Provincial Nominee Programs Judicial Reviews TRPs H&C RESPONSIBILITIES: Consultations (w/ commission benefits) Assist clients with the preparation of immigration applications Provide legal advice and assistance to clients regarding immigration matters. Review and analyze immigration laws and regulations. Keep up to date with changes in immigration laws and regulations. Conduct research on immigration cases QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed Canadian Lawyer Minimum 3 years experience Ability to problem-solve and make decisions Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Strong computer/tech skills (ie.
