Senior Project Manager Powers Brown Architecture CG-PBA-8610 Salary Range $115,000-$155,000 Meridia Recruitment Solutions has partnered with Powers Brown Architecture, a professional services firm practicing award-winning architectural, interior, and urban design regionally, nationally, and internationally. PBA a leader with extensive experience in projects related to commercial/developer investment grade and private owner office and industrial, public/government facilities, educational and healthcare is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Toronto. With expertise in industrial, warehousing, data centers/mission critical or mixed-use/residential the successful candidate will be a subject matter expert and leader in the space managing clients and team members and projects. Over 100 awards ranging from Urban Design to office buildings to firm management. Their offices are located across North America serving the world. The selected candidate will be: Responsible for managing all aspects of project management with specific focus on warehousing, industrial, data centers/mission critical projects or mixed-use/residential projects. Preparing strategic plans for project success. Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Serving as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion to the clients satisfaction. Actively manage client budgets, schedule, and programs; project communication and documentation; office administrative tasks and project team assignments Estimating fees, determining the scope of work, and preparing proposals and contracts. Leading upfront site approval processes working with contractors on site development. The ideal candidate will have: 8+ years of experience of related experience with specific focus on warehousing, industrial, data centers/mission critical projects or mixed-use/residential. Be a licensed architect in Canada. Strong understanding of site approval processes and feasibility studies. A technical background. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
