Your contribution as an Forecast Analyst - Aircraft Parts Inventory : Manage an inventory plan, including establishing and executing its monthly review process Develop a forecasting methodology based on consumption history as well as upcoming maintenance activities, reliability, and projected flight hours Manage material availability according to established location-based targets and carry out corrective actions Oversee the development and implementation of systemic tools required by the team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of forecasting processes and inventory cycles Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance the performance of team-executed processes Review sales trends of spare parts used to determine appropriate stock levels Support improvements to periodic governance reports Guide the development of initiatives for managing inactive or excess inventory through root-cause analysis, action plan development, and project follow-up Analyze and implement business cases justifying nonbudgeted inventory increases Ensure that purchase requests for parts are accurate and created on time What you need to succeed: A university degree in Business Administration or Engineering, with a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience. Knowledge of planning and inventory management concepts is required Experience in data analysis, process governance, and presentation development Ideally, relevant experience in continuous improvement, project management, and/or a CPIM-type certification. Six Sigma experience and project management training are also considered assets Strong skills in MS Access and MS Excel Good judgment and adaptability in a dynamic work environment with multiple competing priorities Experience in aftersales service within the manufacturing sector is essential. As an asset, strong knowledge of the aerospace spareparts business environment, along with an understanding of industry practices, constraints, and processes Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, enabling you to consistently meet deadlines Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines Excellent communication (French and English), presentation skills, and interpersonal abilities Knowledge and/or work experience with SAP is considered an asset If your experience matches the qualifications for this role, we encourage you to apply we would love to meet you!
