About The Role Our client is seeking a forward-thinking Generative AI Change Management Consultant to join their Modern Workplace Collaboration team. This role is centered on driving internal adoption, behavior change, and business transformation through the implementation of Microsoft 365 and Copilot-powered AI solutions . The successful incumbent will play a critical role in helping organizations successfully adopt generative AI by designing and executing change management strategies, user adoption programs, and enablement initiatives that maximize business value and user engagement. As a Consultant II You Will Lead end-to-end change management programs for Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled Microsoft 365 solutions Design and execute AI adoption strategies that drive measurable improvements in productivity, collaboration, and decision-making Develop personas, user journeys, and impact assessments to support AI transformation initiatives Identify change impacts and define communication, training, and engagement plans to support adoption Deliver interactive workshops, training sessions, and AI enablement programs tailored to various user groups (executives, business users, IT teams) Create scalable learning frameworks to support ongoing Copilot and AI adoption Develop high-quality training materials, playbooks, and knowledge assets focused on real-world AI use cases Coach stakeholders and champions to drive grassroots adoption and internal advocacy Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through AI-driven organizational change Partner with business leaders to align AI adoption with strategic objectives and business outcomes Facilitate executive briefings and stakeholder workshops to drive alignment and buy-in Serve as the primary point of contact for change and adoption workstreams Define and track adoption metrics, KPIs, and success measures for AI initiatives Continuously refine strategies based on user feedback, analytics, and adoption trends Contribute to the development of new AI-focused service offerings and methodologies Collaborate with technical consultants and architects to ensure seamless integration of change and technology delivery What Were Looking For Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and user adoption strategies, ideally within digital workplace or AI initiatives Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Demonstrated experience leading AI or automation adoption programs within enterprise environments Exceptional ability to design and deliver engaging workshops, training sessions, and presentations Advanced proficiency in creating professional documentation, presentations, and enablement materials High level of comfort using generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to enhance productivity and outcomes Strong client-facing skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Excellent time management, prioritization, and delivery discipline
