JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is partnering with a worldclass leader in highperformance digital imaging and semiconductor technology to hire a Senior Electronics Designer who wants to work on cuttingedge products with realworld impact. This role offers the opportunity to design and develop advanced electronics for machine vision camera boards and test systems, working handson from concept through production. You will collaborate closely with layout engineers to plan PCB stackups and layouts, select components, and create highquality schematics while optimizing designs for cost, manufacturability, and testability. The position is highly crossfunctional, involving daily collaboration with firmware, FPGA, mechanical, thermal, and test teams, as well as simulating, debugging, and bringing up new board designs and improving existing products in both lab and production environments. You will also document designs, lead technical reviews, support production timelines, and contribute to nextgeneration camera innovation. The ideal candidate is a strong analog and digital designer with experience using PCB design tools such as Siemens PADS, handson lab equipment expertise, and familiarity with protocols including I2C, SPI, UART, USB, and Ethernet, along with highspeed signal design. Experience with ADCs, DACs, SMPS, LDOs, opamps, FPGAs, microcontrollers, and fiber optics is essential for success in this role. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 8+ minimum years of experience in hardware/electronics design with a bachelors degree in electrical engineering or equivalent - open to 6+ years of experience with PhD candidates Analog and circuit design experience with PCB design tools (Siemens PADS) and lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters) and schematic layout experience Experience with ADCs, DACs, SMPS, LDOs, op-amps, FPGAs, microcontrollers, and fiber optics Familiarity with protocols including I2C, SPI, UART, USB, and Ethernet Understanding of high speed principals from 10+gb per second NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering
