Your new company Are you a driven Project Coordinator looking to step into largescale, highrise residential development? Hays Construction & Development is partnering with one of Halifaxs most active urban developers to add a strong coordinator to their growing team. This is an opportunity to work on major multiresidential towers, contribute directly to project delivery, and grow alongside senior leaders who value collaboration, learning, and craftsmanship. Your new role Your day-to-day role in this high profile firm will be to support full project lifecycle from design development to closeout. You will be involved in permitting, budgeting, takeoffs, cost estimating & contract admin as well as coordinating drawings, RFIs, submittals, and consultant communication. In addition, you will be charged with tracking progress draws, schedules, QA/QC programs & safety workflows, working closely with Project Managers, Site teams & internal stakeholders with the benefit of frequent site exposure on highrise developments shaping Halifaxs skyline. What youll need to succeed To be considered for this very important job, you should have at least 35 years of previous practical and progressive experience, ideally in high rise or mid-rise construction, as well as a Diploma or degree in construction, engineering, or architecture. Strong organizational, communication & problemsolving skills, the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, designbuild environment and a teamfirst mindset and passion for building great communities.
