Position Overview Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Truck and Trailer Mechanic is responsible for mastering the assembly of parts and components on equipment, analyzing constraints, and identifying solutions. The mechanic will also assemble finished components with precision and ensure the proper functionality of the final equipment. Responsibilities Analyze constraints and propose solutions; carry out assigned tasks according to plans or instructions with performance and safety in mind. Install, adjust, and align prefabricated parts or components to complete assemblies or highperforming products using manual or mechanical tools. Verify the alignment of mechanical assemblies and subassemblies to ensure proper operation. Record and report any defects detected. Interpret plans or drawings and ensure compliance. Qualifications Strong understanding of process control. Solid analytical skills. Must have own complete tool set. Benefits Permanent, fulltime position (40 hours per week).
