Summary The Project Director is a senior leader responsible for delivering large, complex construction projectsprimarily across healthcare, defense, industrial, emergency services, and infrastructure sectors. This role oversees multiple project teams, guides strategic decisionmaking, and ensures consistent, highquality execution from early pursuit through project closeout. Required Qualifications 15+ years of construction experience. 10+ years in senior project management, leading large projects ($80M$200M). Experience in at least one sector: healthcare, defense, industrial, emergency services, infrastructure. Proven track record of winning major bids and delivering profitable, complex projects. Strong leadership, communication, and relationshipbuilding skills. Proficiency with ERPs, MS Office, MS Project/Primavera, and document management systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities Lead business development and preconstruction efforts, including identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and building strong client and partner relationships. Oversee project strategy, ensuring accurate budgets, effective resourcing, and alignment with client expectations and company objectives. Drive construction execution, meeting or exceeding performance, schedule, quality, safety, and profitability targets. Manage contract execution, including negotiations, cost planning, risk management, and valueadded solutions for clients. Monitor project performance, ensuring issues are resolved, KPIs are met, and teams maintain strong communication and coordination. Lead postconstruction activities, ensuring timely deficiency resolution, full project completion, and lessonslearned implementation. Provide strong people leadership, including recruiting, mentoring, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, highperformance team culture.
