Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Reception & Administrative Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while providing essential administrative support across multiple departments. This role is critical to ensuring smooth office operations, assisting with ERP data entry, and supporting company initiatives that keep our team focused on strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors and manage incoming calls in a professional manner. Monitor and triage the general info@ email inbox. Enter data into our ERP system (Epicor), including order details from Sales and project hours from Drafting and Engineering. Assist the Controller with accounting tasks such as expense report filing and basic bookkeeping support. Coordinate company events (e.g., BBQs, team gatherings). Maintain and improve administrative processes. Support various departments with clerical tasks and data entry. Ensure timely and accurate information flow between teams. Carry out general office management duties, including coordinating with vendors, managing supplies, and overseeing office maintenance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. A college diploma in Office Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred. Experience in administrative support, office coordination, or similar roles. Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor experience is a plus). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
