For more information- Engineer / Agent Builder (Toronto) Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid) Experience: 15 years | Mid-Level Build the Intelligent Agents That Transform Enterprise Operations Sirion is building an Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG) a cross-functional intelligence layer powered by agentic AI. As an AI Engineer / Agent Builder , you will design and build the autonomous agents that sit on top of this knowledge graph, enabling Sirions teams to operate as a cybernetic organization. You will work at the intersection of LLMs, tool-calling frameworks, and enterprise data to create agents that dont just execute tasks but learn, adapt, and improve over time. From building recursive self-improving loops to optimizing token usage and tool-calling efficiency, you will ensure our agents are production-grade, reliable, and continuously evolving. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience building with agentic frameworks (OpenClaw, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar) and is passionate about pushing the boundaries of what autonomous AI systems can do in enterprise settings. How Youll Make an Impact Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate and enhance enterprise workflows starting with GTM functions like SDR outreach, target selection, and coaching. Architect multi-agent orchestration systems with manager agents that monitor, evaluate, and adapt worker agent performance over time. Build recursive self-improving loops where agents learn from real-world outcomes (email open rates, call conversions, response patterns) and evolve their strategies. Optimize agents for token efficiency and tool-calling performance to minimize cost while maximizing accuracy and reliability. Integrate agents with enterprise systems via APIs and MCP connectors (Salesforce, 6sense, Outreach, ZoomInfo, G2, and others). Develop skills, prompts, and reasoning patterns that enable agents to perform complex, multi-step workflows autonomously. Implement guardrails, security controls, and monitoring layers to ensure agents operate within defined boundaries while remaining extensible. Collaborate with data scientists on knowledge graph schema design and with business process mappers to translate to-be workflows into working agent systems. Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table Experience: 25 years in AI/ML engineering, with hands-on agent building experience Core Expertise: Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (OpenClaw, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Claude Agent SDK, or similar). Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript, with experience building production-grade AI systems. Deep understanding of LLM prompting, tool-calling patterns, and token optimization strategies. Experience with knowledge graphs, graph databases (Neo4j, or similar), and data modelling for AI systems. Familiarity with API integrations, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and enterprise system connectors. Understanding of vector databases, RAG architectures, and embedding-based retrieval systems. Experience building self-learning systems with feedback loops and adaptive performance tuning. Soft Skills: Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving requirements. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to debug complex multi-agent interactions. Excellent communication skills to collaborate across data science, engineering, and business teams. Passion for building AI systems that genuinely transform how organizations operate. Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
