About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition specialist with 7+ years of headhunting expertise and a strong professional network to lead and manage a team of recruiters. This role is critical in driving our talent acquisition strategy, identifying top-tier candidates, and ensuring we meet our aggressive hiring targets. As a key leader within our recruitment team, you will be responsible for mentoring and managing a team of recruiters , optimizing recruitment strategies, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified professionals. This is a full-time, onsite position that requires strong leadership, exceptional networking skills, and a results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities: Proactively source, attract, and recruit top talent through headhunting, networking, and direct outreach. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding. Develop and maintain a strong network of industry professionals to support ongoing hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly. Drive performance within the recruitment team, setting and monitoring key hiring metrics. Meet and exceed hiring targets by successfully filling 5+ roles per month to qualify for the annual bonus. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Qualifications & Experience: 7+ years of experience in executive recruiting, headhunting, or talent acquisition. Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a recruitment team. Demonstrated ability to source and close top-tier candidates. Extensive professional network within relevant industries. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
