Key Responsibilities Lead OnSite Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operation of ICI construction projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget. Schedule & Cost Control: Drive daily schedule performance, monitor expenditures, and implement corrective actions when needed. Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and motivate tradespeople and site personnel; foster a collaborative, safetyfirst culture. Safety & Compliance: Enforce OH&S programs, conduct regular safety talks, and ensure full compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, proactive communication with owners, consultants, architects, engineers, inspectors, subtrades and internal project teams. Quality Assurance: Guarantee strict adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards; perform regular inspections and resolve issues promptly. Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and develop practical mitigation strategies. Qualifications Experience: 7 + years supervising ICI construction projects, with a solid record of delivering on time and on budget. Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with building codes, permit processes, and construction specifications. Certifications: Gold Seal Certification (preferred but not mandatory). Software Proficiency: Handson experience with Procore, Microsoft Office. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to make decisive, informed decisions under pressure and to inspire highperforming teams. Communication: Proficiency in English verbal and written communication skills; adept at stakeholder liaison.
