InnerQore Health: Psychology and Wellness is a highly dedicated team located in Thornhill, Ontario, comprising registered psychologists, psychological associates, masters level social workers, psychotherapists, psychometrists, and dietitians. We provide both virtual and in-person psychological assessment and psychotherapy services tailored to individuals with diverse challenges. Our goal is to support clients on their mental health and wellness journeys with compassion and expertise. Our practice is housed in a historic building, creating a warm and inviting environment.Role DescriptionWe are hiring full-time and part-time Psychologists, Psychological Associates, Registered Psychotherapists and Clinical Social Workers who are autonomously licensed. While we may consider candidates who are particularly good fits, we are particularly interested in clinicians willing to provide weekday evening and/or weekend hours. Those able to provide a combination of virtual therapy from their home office and in-person therapy in our office in Thornhill are encouraged to apply. The clinician will provide individual, couples, and/or group therapy sessions, and offer therapeutic intervention for clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. Responsibilities also include collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive client care, maintaining accurate client records, and participating in professional development to stay informed on the latest therapeutic practices.QualificationsExtensive knowledge in Psychology, Mental Health, and Counseling/PsychotherapyExperience or specialization in Relationship Counseling and therapeutic practices for interpersonal dynamics in addition to cognitive-behavioural therapiesFamiliarity with basic principles of Medicine in mental health contextsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsGraduate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related fieldCurrent licensure or registration as a Registered Psychotherapist, Psychologist, Social Worker, or equivalent in Ontario.
