Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance our competitive positioning. Talent Mapping and Pipeline Development: Develop comprehensive talent maps to identify potential executive candidates for current and future leadership roles. Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified executive candidates for critical positions. Talent prospecting and engagement Sourcing and Candidate Identification: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including advanced Boolean searches, social media, networking, and database mining, to identify top executive talent. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality executive candidates. Maintain a proactive approach to sourcing, continuously identifying and nurturing potential executive candidates. Talent Workforce Analytics: Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement within the executive talent pool. Collaborate with Executive Recruiting and business leaders to develop strategies that address workforce challenges and support business goals at the executive level. IT Tools and Data Management: Support in cutting-edge IT tools selection and adoption to proactively collect, analyze, and visualize executive talent data. Reporting and Storytelling: Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards that clearly communicate key findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders. Collaborate with Executive Recruitment teams and business leaders to align talent intelligence insights with executive recruitment strategies. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Embed DEI principles in all executive talent intelligence processes and recommendations. Provide insights that support the development of diverse and inclusive executive talent acquisition strategies. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in executive talent intelligence, talent acquisition, market research, sourcing, or a related field, preferably with a focus on executive roles. Proven track record of using data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes at the executive level. Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in using IT tools and software for data collection, analysis, and visualization. Expertise in various sourcing techniques and strategies for executive talent.
